Does Anyone Surf Barrels on a Twin Fin Better Than Clay Marzo

The Inertia

As a surf fan, consistent Clay Marzo video edits were not on my 2026 bingo card. But I can definitely get used to this. Marzo has been stacking clips of his free surfs and sharing them on his YouTube channel, scratching the surface of the off-the-charts demand that exists to watch him ride waves. He’s not attempting to follow in the YouTube footsteps of Jamie O’Brien or Koa Rothman, but just posting his raw surfing. I reckon no one is complaining about that.

After a few years where it was rare to see his unique approach to riding waves, this has been a refreshing change. Let’s hope it lasts.

In his latest edit, Marzo is riding an Album 5’11’’ Warp Twin again at an undisclosed left-hander providing tight tube and turn sections.

“It’s kinda firing,” Marzo said as he waxed up his board, checking the waves.
