The Inertia

A good Jet Ski operator is worth their weight in gold. Whether they’re towing you in to a Nazare monster or saving your ass after a Pipeline wipeout, a deftly handled personal watercraft can be a thing of beauty. And as a Florida YouTuber witnessed first-hand, sometimes the right man for the job just happens to be a dog.

The scene was spotted by 31-year-old YouTuber Aldo Hafez. “At first I thought I was, like, hallucinating,” he told the New Times, “because there’s a dog on a jet ski.”

It turned out he had stumbled upon local hoverboard enthusiast Eddie Inch, who is known for cruising the area on his jet-powered craft, with his ski and dog in tow. As he explained to NBC, the canine has become quite accustomed to the unusual routine. “We’re hours and hours on this,” he said. “You can’t go fast enough for her, and she’s just in there when she’s on that street. It’s unbelievable how locked in she is.”

“Everything I have is set up to take this knucklehead with me so she is never alone,” he added.
